I am so mad. I am so angry that I cannot stop thinking about being so mad and angry. To hear that eight Republicans in the House of Representatives and 12 Republican Senators turned their backs on our president has very much set me on fire.
Let me recap….
First, our president was elected by the American people. One of his primary campaign promises? Building a border wall. Then, when he tried to move forward with the will of the people and erect the border wall, the Democrats wouldn’t even give him an inch. So, with no other choice, he followed the rule of law and declared a national emergency.
All of this could have been expected. But you know what was worst of all? To then to have several Republicans side with the Dems and try to block the national emergency. It was shocking, an insult, and a disgrace to the American voters everywhere.
Our President has worked tirelessly to return millions of dollars to our nation’s people by having the largest number of Americans return to the workforce. Welfare checks and food stamps have been reduced to the lowest amounts in history. And building the border wall will reclaim millions upon millions of additional American dollars. How? By stopping the flow of aliens that take more jobs from true Americans.
It is decades past time for closing the border and regaining the vast amount of lost income for the American people. Our President has moved our nation forward, and is trying to continue to do so, but these Purple Rhinoceros’s (RINOs) have finally shown their true color.
In addition to the financial gains, a border wall will also slow down and stop the flow of illegal drugs, human trafficking, and even murder in this country. Once the wall is built, our nation can then put its resources toward lowering the crime rate in our nation.
America has to take care of itself first. And other countries need to take care of themselves as well. Instead of being able to flee to this great country, the citizens of those countries (and their governments) will be forced to fight it out among themselves, and ultimately correct the problems they are having. Meanwhile, we can work on making America even better. Canadians have a good economy. They are not rushing into America. Every other country in the Western world should do the same.
Our president has already tried with all his might to build the wall. The Democrats have stonewalled him time and time again. But I can say one thing for the Democrats; at least they’ve stayed united. That’s something the Republican party has failed to do time and time again.
