The Importance of Building a Strong Team

“Today, we are presenting a clear contrast, Democrats are proposing open borders, lower wages, and, frankly, lawless chaos, we are proposing an immigration plan that puts jobs, wages, and safety of American workers first.”

President Donald J Trump
Announcing Immigration Reform plan

Our president has been hugely successful in his time in office: increasing jobs for Americans, improving the economy, and hundreds of other accomplishments. Why do you think this is?

One primary reason is that he hires only the best of the best. This is the solution to any successful business. He understands this principle and has been successful in applying it to our government.

Past administrations, on the other hand, have hired individuals not based on any particular skill or achievement, but on more selfish things, like how much money they may have given to a campaign, or how much of their views align with the administration’s.

Bill Clinton and Barack Obama’s administrations only appointed cronies, friends and associates to positions of authority; people who would be obedient dogs with the goal of gaining wealth and power. There was little proper regard to their qualifications. Both the appointers and the appointees were simply trying to gain the system for personal gains, at the expense of the American people.

President Trump’s accomplishments are nothing short of astonishing. Yet neither Democrats running for high office nor mainstream media will ever admit to any of this. Our President would have been able to accomplish so much more for the American people if it were not for the Democrats blocking him, nor mainstream media putting out a continued stream of fake news. And let’s not forget the far left extremist or hate groups against our president.

Go to YouTube’s “SOCIAL MEDIA SUMMIT: President Trump BLASTS “FAKE NEWS.” Watch as he points out the individuals that have helped him achieve the goals for the American people. That’s the importance of surrounding yourself with the right people. Thankfully, our President has done an excellent job at that.
